Our COVID-19 Policy
1. In the event of a national lockdown, payments will be refunded IN FULL.
2. In the event of a regional lockdown covering Thornham, payments will be refunded IN FULL.
3. In the event of a regional lockdown affecting the area guests are travelling from, we cannot guarantee refunds and you will need to seek compensation through your own insurance policy.
4. We will, however, always take a discretionary view and based upon the circumstances (such as notice period and whether we are able to resell the dates), try if possible to make a partial or full refund (less deposit), but this cannot be guaranteed.
