Our COVID-​19 Policy


1. In the event of a national lock­down, pay­ments will be refunded IN FULL.

2. In the event of a regional lock­down cov­er­ing Thorn­ham, pay­ments will be refunded IN FULL.

3. In the event of a regional lock­down affect­ing the area guests are trav­el­ling from, we can­not guar­an­tee refunds and you will need to seek com­pen­sa­tion through your own insur­ance policy.

4. We will, how­ever, always take a dis­cre­tionary view and based upon the cir­cum­stances (such as notice period and whether we are able to resell the dates), try if pos­si­ble to make a par­tial or full refund (less deposit), but this can­not be guaranteed.
